I was on my way from Weatherford to Mineral Wells, Tx today when my a/c went out and the temp gauge went straight to HOT. I did a google search for the nearest auto shop. It was late, and by the grace my first call was to Cliff's Auto Shop in Weatherford. I spoke to Colby, who told me they were about to close... but they were just down the street and if I could limp my car over there they'd see what they could do. I was in a bad spot, and all I can say is that if good ol' Texas courtesy, integrity, honesty, compassion, and professionalism are important to you... you need to take your car to those guys if you need service of any kind. They quit what they were doing and quickly found out how to fix my car to where I could safely get it back home to Mineral Wells. They could have said, "sorry, we're closing"... but they didn't. They helped me out of a very tight spot, and I am sincerely grateful. 5 GOLD STARS are not enough for these guys. Do me a favor, and do YOURSELF a favor... if you have car trouble or needs... call "Cliff's" in Weatherford. They're just west of the courthouse on Palo Pinto. On Friday, May 29, 2020, my mother came from Abilene for a weekend visit. We decided to go have lunch and she told me that her front tire was losing air. That she had taken it in to her Lincoln dealership in Abilene, a couple times , and they would keep putting air in it. I noticed that the tire was still losing air. So I told her that we would go to Cliffs in Springtown. I walked in and was immediately approached and asked if I needed help. I told the gentleman of my moms situation. He had us pull around to the side of the building and and nice young man took the tire off and found a huge nail in her tire. He gladly fixed the tire in no time. When we asked how much we owed. We were told nothing. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciated Cliffs helping out my mother. I can't believe she drove 125 miles on a hot highway on that tire. Thank you Thank you. Costumer service still exists. I would highly recommend this place in Springtown Texas. Kathy Hicks
